Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
The Brian Bogert Companies, LLC ("Time Compression," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at timecompression.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- ▸Your name
- ▸Your email address
- ▸The message you write to us
We use this only to read and respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Mailgun). We do not store contact-form submissions in a separate database; they reach us as email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:
- ▸Analytics data via Google Analytics 4. This includes your IP address (which Google may truncate), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and general location inferred from IP. We use this to understand how visitors use the Site.
- ▸Session and interaction data via Microsoft Clarity. This includes recordings of how visitors move through and interact with pages (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) and aggregated heatmaps. Clarity may capture interactions with the Site. We use it to improve the Site's usability. Microsoft applies masking to reduce the capture of text you type, though you could choose not to enter sensitive information into any field.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to operate the Site. These are set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Most browsers also support a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- ▸Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you
- ▸Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- ▸Understand how visitors find and use the Site
- ▸Protect the security and integrity of the Site
- ▸Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We use analytics providers that may process data using cookies; depending on how those terms are interpreted, this may be considered "sharing" under some state laws, and you can opt out of analytics cookies as described in Section 2 and exercise the rights in Section 5.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Site:
- ▸Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Mailgun (email delivery), and our hosting provider (Google Cloud). These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their services to us.
- ▸Legal and safety reasons, if we are required to by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.
- ▸Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- ▸Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- ▸Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions
- ▸Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- ▸Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising (we do not sell, and you can opt out of analytics cookies as described above)
- ▸Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
These rights are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under similar laws in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comparable laws as they take effect.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@brianbogert.com. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against information we hold, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact-form emails for as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry and our relationship, and as required for legal and recordkeeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@brianbogert.com and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
